Friendly staff who were quick to help and ready to answer any questions thrown their way! 👍Very efficient and attentive service all around.

Fantastic room(s), huge apartment-style place, very clean, modern, and very good value for the money we paid. All the basics are perfect: bed, shower, facilities, etc.The restaurant on the ground floor was an excellent experience, we had the tasting menu because it was cold out and we were too lazy to go back into town, it was a pleasant surprise. Not cheap but excellent service.

It's actually quite a long walk into town. It's a beautiful walk, and lovely but not the kind of thing you want to do back-and-forth twice in a day...Also there was an engagement party the night we were there and the lobby had a very loud party during the first part of the evening, but luckily with the double doors shut in the room you couldn't hear it. If you're young and don't mind walking, I still think this hotel is an excellent choice.

I've stayed here before, and gotta say, this place is awesome. Definitely worth checking out. the staff is on the ball and the spot is so close to cool open eateries. the whole setup is super clean, spotless in fact! 🌟

Space and layout of rooms

Coffee / tea making facilities in room were not topped up after the initial supply was used up. We did mention this to the staff on checkout.

The apartments are new and percfect for a business or vacation trip.

We had a great time in a spotless room with a large comfortable bed, equipped with a modern shower, hairdryer, and bidet.

It had a rating of fabulous when we booked it and it lived up to that rating

Loved hotel design, the facilities and enormous space in the one bedroom apartment we we stayed in. The quality of bathroom towels to the bed linen and comfort of the beds was outstanding. Also liked that they provided complimentary toiletries bags with toiletries and the complimentary water and tea/coffee facilities/machine. Impressed by the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and washing machine. Would recommend hotel.

A little out of the city

the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay in Vitoria-Gasteiz. they made us feel welcome and ensured that our needs were met. we were truly impressed by their exceptional service. we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Piped music in corridors

The pluses: Spacious, stylish accommodation. The most comfortable beds of our 12-day tour of northern Spain. Pleasant, courteous reception and bar staff.

The minuses: As we always carry a kettle and few other portable bits and pieces we had no need to fork out for the unreasonably expensive kitchen kit. The hotel supplied cups, saucers and glasses and, quite reasonably, asked that we should not expect the maid to wash up for us. So why were we not provided with a teatowel? Only one swtich controlling both reading lights over the bed. Hotel is suituated a long way from the centre. Had we been staying longer, we would have worked out where to find the bus, which was not immediately apparent.

I had a very pleasant stay at Jardines de Uleta. The modern and colorful glass building added a unique touch to the hotel. The room layout was comfortable and the beds were cozy. The staff members were always helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the dinner in the hotel restaurant as well as the excellent breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Great hotel, good position and excellent rooms.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
